“Mom was a loving homemaker as we kids grew to be teenagers. Then she went to work for Milton Ritter Insurance as their bookkeeper but as owners Karla and Milton will say, she ran the office. Mom just always had a way of taking charge in a wonderful way.”

At retirement Mom and Dad hooked up a trailer to the car and traveled the US, and had the time of their lives.  Then back at home, the grandchildren became their absolute delight.

Mom enjoyed cooking, but LOVED dressing up and dancing with Dad.  She adored reading murder mysteries, and watching old moves.  If she started to laugh, it became contagious and none of us could stop.  She finally got her dining room, and loved to sit quietly there as the morning sunlight came through.  Most of all she loved her family, and we loved her - and always will!
