Adalberto "Betito" Luis Garcia, 33, of Newburgh, NY, left us and went to Heaven on February 20, 2026 at the hospital in Newburgh NY.

Betito was born on March 20, 1992, in San Vicente Boquerón, Acatlán de Osorio, Puebla, Mexico, to his loving parents, Obdulia Garcia Rosas and Juan De Dios Luis Martínez. From a young age, Beto was known for his kind heart, his loyalty to the people he loved, and his strong spirit.

He grew up alongside his siblings, Adrian Luis Garcia, Juan Luis Garcia, and Andrea Leon Garcia. The bond he shared with his family was unbreakable. Even after moving far from home, he never let distance weaken those connections.

With dreams of building a better future, Betito made the courageous decision to come to the United States in search of greater opportunities. He settled in Newburgh, NY, where he worked in construction for approximately 15 years. He was a hardworking and dedicated man who took pride in earning an honest living. He worked long hours without complaint, always focused on doing his best and helping his family in any way he could.

Betito completed middle school and carried with him a strong work ethic and determination throughout his life. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially his close friends Pedro Martinez, Gabriel Garcia and Ninrod Ordoñez. Whether it was laughing, sharing stories, or simply being together, Beto valued every moment.

No matter how busy life became, he made it a priority to speak weekly with his mother and siblings in Mexico. Those calls meant everything to him. His love for his family was constant, deep, and unwavering. He was a devoted son, brother, cousin, and friend.

Betito was of the Catholic faith, and his faith remained an important part of his life.

He leaves behind his loving parents; his siblings Adrian, Juan, and Andrea; his aunts Azucena Garcia, Erika Garcia, Marta Garcia, Virginia Garcia, Cecilia Garcia, and Maricela Garcia; his uncles Efrain Garcia, Jaime Garcia, Crispin Garcia, Jose Garcia, Wilfrido Garcia, and Jose Alfredo Garcia; and his many cousins including Citlaly Garcia, Yuridia Garcia, Fernando Garcia, Jose Alexander Garcia, Carmen Garcia, Jorick Garcia, Larry Garcia, Giovanni Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, Jasmine Garcia, Jennifer Garcia, Brianna Garcia, Diana Laura Garcia, Marta Yolotzin Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, and Ana Garcia. His nieces Lesly Luis, Zaniah Luis, and Alaya Luis. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 1st from 2:30pm~5:00pm at the Brooks Funeral Home located at 481 Gidney
Ave., Newburgh, NY.

Burial will take place at El Panteón de Dolores in San Vicente Boquerón, Acatlán de Osorio, Puebla, Mexico, where he will rest in his hometown.

Beto's life was one of sacrifice, strength, and love. Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will never be forgotten. His smile, his laughter, and his hardworking spirit will live on through all who loved him.

The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, support, and kindness during this incredibly painful time. Your love has brought comfort in ways words cannot fully express.

Adalberto "Betito" Luis Garcia, de 33 años, residente de Newburgh, NY, falleció y se fue al cielo el 20 de febrero de 2026 en el hospital de Newburgh, NY.

Betito nació el 20 de marzo de 1992 en San Vicente Boquerón, Acatlán de Osorio, Puebla, México, hijo amado de Obdulia Garcia Rosas y Juan De Dios Luis Martínez. Desde muy joven fue conocido por su noble corazón, su lealtad hacia las personas que amaba y su espíritu fuerte.

Creció junto a sus hermanos, Adrian Luis Garcia, Juan Luis Garcia y Andrea Leon Garcia. El lazo que compartía con su familia era inquebrantable. Aun después de irse lejos de casa, nunca permitió que la distancia debilitara esas conexiones.

Con el sueño de construir un mejor futuro, Betito tomó la valiente decisión de venir a los Estados Unidos en busca de mayores oportunidades. Se estableció en Newburgh, NY, donde trabajó en la construcción por aproximadamente 15 años. Fue un hombre trabajador y dedicado, que se sentía orgulloso de ganarse la vida honradamente. Trabajaba largas horas sin quejarse, siempre enfocado en dar lo mejor de sí y en ayudar a su familia en todo lo que pudiera.

Betito terminó la secundaria básica y consiguió una fuerte ética de trabajo y determinación durante toda su vida. Le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos, especialmente con sus amigos cercanos Pedro Martinez, Gabriel García, y Ninrod Ordoñez.

Sin importar lo ocupado que estuviera, siempre hacía el esfuerzo de hablar cada semana con su mamá y sus hermanos en México. Esas llamadas significaban todo para él. Su amor por su familia era constante, profundo e inquebrantable. Fue un hijo, hermano, primo y amigo dedicado.

Betito era de fe Católica, y su fe fue una parte importante de su vida.

Se llevará a cabo una visita el domingo 1 de marzo de 2:30 p.m. a 5:00 p.m. en la Funeraria Brooks ubicada en 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY.

Su sepelio será en el Panteón de Dolores en San Vicente Boquerón, Acatlán de Osorio, Puebla, México, donde descansará en su tierra natal.

La vida de Betito fue una vida de sacrificio, fortaleza y amor. Aunque su tiempo con nosotros fue demasiado corto, el impacto que dejó jamás será olvidado. Su sonrisa, su risa y su espíritu trabajador vivirán para siempre en todos los que lo amaron.
