Debbie M. Hall, of Newburgh NY passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh, NY. She was 68 years old.

The Daughter of late William C. Covert, III and Dolores Hurlbert Long, she was born February 3, 1957 in Newburgh NY.

Debbie was a beloved Mother and Grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, gardening, baking, crafts, animals; especially her dogs Sammy and the late Maxamillion both Golden Retrievers. Debbie had a huge heart and was so loving and caring. She was the strongest woman in her families lives and that they'll ever know.

Her Survivors include her Son, Michael Chumas of Newburgh, NY; her Daughter Aubrey De Hall of Monticello, NY; two Grandsons, Daniel Beck and William Rivera; one Granddaughter, Ella Chumas and her Best friend, Ian Berkowitz of Marlboro, NY.

She was predeceased by her Brother, William C. Covert, IV in 1993; her Mother, Dolores Long Hurlbert in 2008 and her Father, William C. Covert III in 2015.

Funeral Services will be held privately by her family.
