Donna is survived by her mother, Mary Scott; her spouse, Richard Horak; her children: Candice Mulligan and husband Tim, Ryan Horak and Caitlin Horak; her siblings: John Scott & Richard Reichgut, Lori Natale & Mike Natale, Frank Scott and Candy Ou; her grandchildren: Bryce and Gradyn Mulligan and Emily Wersebe; and her pets, Chloe and Therapy Ann. She was predeceased by her father, Francis Scott.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, January 14 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, Newburgh, with entombment following in Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Newburgh.
