Doris Hall-Hernandez

July 25, 1948 ~ October 29, 2024

Doris Eleanor Hall-Hernandez of New Windsor entered into rest on October 29, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh after a very long illness. She was 76 years old.

Doris worked for many years in the healthcare field as a certified nurses' aide.

She is predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Dorothy Mae (Williams) Hall; sisters, Shirley Mae Hall-Palmer and Betty Jean Hall-Rodrigues; and brother Alfred Ernest Hall-Sonnie. She is survived by her son, Israel Hernandez, Jr. and his partner Diane Lund and her daughter Stephanie Lund; daughter, Shirley Ann Hernandez; grandchildren, Nicholas I. Hernandez, Aniah Hernandez, and Doris Kadio; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2 from 1 - 3 PM. A funeral home service will take place on Monday, November 4 at 12 PM, followed by entombment at Cedar Hill Mausoleum.
