In Loving Memory of Dwayne Bryant

March 20, 1989 – June 17, 2026

With profound sadness and unwavering love, we celebrate the life of Dwayne Bryant, whose kind heart, gentle spirit, and unforgettable smile left a lasting impression on everyone blessed to know him.

Born in Queens, New York, on March 20, 1989, Dwayne was raised surrounded by family, friendship, and community. He attended Monroe-Woodbury High School and later Rockland Community College, carrying with him a quiet determination and an easygoing nature that drew people to him throughout his life.

Outside of work, Dwayne enjoyed football, video games, and following basketball and baseball, but his greatest joy was sharing those interests with the people he loved. Many evenings were spent good-naturedly challenging his father in sports video games, creating a tradition of laughter, friendly competition, and treasured memories that reflected the close bond they shared.

Those who knew Dwayne best will remember him for something even greater than his hobbies: his warmth, compassion, and the genuine way he made others feel seen and valued. His million-dollar smile could brighten a room, and his calm, caring presence made people feel at ease.

Although Dwayne's life was far too short, it was richly lived. He measured success not merely by recognition or achievement, but by the way he treated people. In return, he was deeply loved by his family, treasured by his friends, and embraced by coworkers who considered him one of their own.

For nearly two decades, Dwayne was a devoted member of the Hudson Taco family, where he served not only as a valued employee but as a trusted friend and beloved teammate. The extraordinary care, concern, and support shown by his coworkers and management during this difficult time reflect the deep relationships he built through years of kindness, loyalty, and authenticity. To them, as to so many others, Dwayne was family.

Dwayne was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He found joy in spending time with those he loved, celebrating life's simple moments, and offering encouragement through quiet acts of care. Whether sharing a laugh, lending a helping hand, or simply being present, he made people feel important.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Bruce and Linda Bryant; his older brother, Kyle Bryant, and sister-in-law, Zebib Bryant; his beloved nieces, Aurora Rose Bryant and Sky Elena Bryant; his younger brother, Tre Bryant; his devoted aunts and uncles; his many cherished cousins across several generations; and countless dear friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him. Family was never just a part of Dwayne's life—it was one of its greatest joys.

Our hearts are heavy with grief, yet we find comfort in God's abiding love and in the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We entrust Dwayne to the loving care of our Heavenly Father and rest in the promise that His love endures, His mercies are new every morning, and through Christ, death does not have the final word.

Though our hearts grieve his absence, we remain profoundly grateful for the gift of his life. His kindness, loving spirit, and million-dollar smile will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Dwayne's Legacy

May we carry forward Dwayne's kindness, compassion, and million-dollar smile in the way we love one another every
