Earline "Shoavon" of Newburgh, NY was born to Herbert and Mary Owens. She received her education in Newburgh City School District and furthered her education at Kingston Nursing School earning her LPN.

Shaovon was very adventurous, outgoing, and family oriented. Especially going to the Great Wolf Lodge with her kids.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her parents, two children: Sahnaii D Levy, Raylin T. Rusell. Four siblings, Christopher Owens, Herb Lydell Owens, Tichina Owens, Ashley Bellamy. Two nieces, Azarian Owens, Shyla Hargrove. One nephew, Bellamy Oates. A special friend Jaquetta Briggins, and several others. A long-time companion Raymond T. Russell.  A grandmother, Patsy McNeil. Pre-deceased George and Earline Warren. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and coworkers.

Visitation will be held on Friday September 12th from 10AM to 11AM at House of Refuge Church 131 Broadway, Newburgh. A funeral service will begin at 11AM. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
