In September 2005, Elizabeth married Jerry Barnes in Newburgh, marking a meaningful chapter in her life. Her faith as a Baptist was an important part of her identity and guided her throughout her journey.

Elizabeth is lovingly remembered by her children: Dimond Lamont, Daja Lamont, and Damien Robinson. She also leaves behind three cherished grandchildren: Royalty Pena, Carter Joseph, and Ermais Lamont. Her brother, George Palm, also survives her.
