Frank Ronald Mills Jr. passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 67 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was born October 5, 1957 in Newburgh, NY. He resided in many locales throughout the course of his life, including Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Florida, and New York.

Frank met Nancy-Lynn Brueckner—whose family lived just a few doors down from his family—when the two were in elementary school. They would later go on to become high school sweethearts, were married in May of 1978, and remained together in love until the time of his passing.

Relentlessly positive in his attitude toward life, Frank was always quick to remind those around him to enjoy life, that even hard times would pass.

Frank was an active member of his church community for decades and went on a number of humanitarian and missionary trips to Mexico and Ukraine.

A long-distance runner in his young adulthood, he never lost the love of motion and exploration. He loved long walks on the beach, through wooded trails, and up mountains.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Nancy-Lynn Mills, his son Jared, daughter-in-law Shallon, granddaughter Madelena, his younger brothers Gary and David, and many extended family members.

The family will hold a private celebration of his life.
