Grace Melville
November 17, 1941 ~ June 19, 2026
Grace Melville (née Migliore), age 84, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2026, in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Born on November 17, 1941, in the Bronx, New York, Grace lived a life filled with love, creativity, and devotion to her family.
A graduate of James Monroe High School in the Bronx, Grace carried her passion for learning throughout her life. She was a voracious reader with a particular interest in history, often immersing herself in books that brought the past to life. Her intellectual curiosity was matched by her artistic talent; she was an avid and skilled artist who specialized in oil and pastel painting. Her works reflected her keen eye for detail and her ability to capture beauty on canvas.
Grace was a devoted wife to her husband, Richard Melville, Sr., and a loving mother to their son, Richard Melville, Jr. She cherished her family deeply and found great joy in spending time with them. She is also survived by her grandson Daniel Melville; daughter-in-law Peling Melville; brother Philip Migliore; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces. She was predeceased by her beloved sister-in-law, Donna Migliore, with whom she shared a lifelong close friendship.
Grace’s legacy lives on through the memories she created with those who knew and loved her. Her warmth, creativity, and dedication to her family will be remembered fondly by all whose lives she touched.
