Henry Martinez

August 25, 1994 ~ February 1, 2026

Henry Martinez, lovingly known as "Trajedias" and "Coach Henry," was born on August 25, 1994, in Newburgh, New York, and passed away on February 1, 2026, at the age of 31.

Henry was a devoted father whose greatest joy in life was his children: Aydenn Luna, Henry Martinez Jr., Andrew Martinez, and Lionel Martinez. They were his pride, his motivation, and his legacy.

He was a loving husband to Dulce Martinez, and together they worked hard as a team to build a future for their family. Henry had a true heart for helping others and was known as the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back to someone in need.

Known to many as Coach Henry, he dedicated himself to coaching youth soccer and serving others, always encouraging and uplifting those around him. He was recognized for his big heart and for giving selflessly to anyone in need. His generosity, kindness, and willingness to help never went unnoticed.

Henry was the cherished son of Ana Maria Diaz and Cosme Martínez, and a loving brother to Edgar Diaz, Randy Martinez, Kelvin Martinez, Edwin Diaz, and Jesus Gutierrez.

Those who knew Henry will remember his strong presence, his generous spirit, and the way he showed up for others. He was deeply loved and will forever be remembered as a devoted father, a caring husband, a dedicated coach, and a man whose impact will live on through the many lives he touched.

Henry's memory will continue through his children, his family, and all who were blessed to know him.

A visitation will be had on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Brooks Funeral Home located at 481 Gidney Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550.

A Mass of the Christian burial will be held at St. Patrick's Church at 10:00am on Friday, February 13th located at 55 Grand Street, Newburgh, NY 12550.

A burial follow at Calvary Cemetery located at 304 Walsh Ave, New Windsor, Ny 12553.
