Hilda Hernandez

Hilda Hernandez age 84 of Walden, NY passed away peacefully on July 30, surrounded by her loving family.

Hilda was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on July 20, 1940 to Juan and Julia (Serrano) Gonzalez.

She is aurvived by her loving husband of 63 years, Angel Hernandez Sr.; her children Abel and Sol Hernandez of Walden, NY, and Angel and Melissa Hernandez of Plattekill, NY; her beloved grandchildren: Erica, Tiffany, Sierra, and Gabriel Hernandez; her great grandchildren Saul and Aliya Nieves and Christopher Ward; and her sister and best friend, Norma Vargas.

​She was predeceased by her parents, Juan and Julia Gonzalez; and brothers, Carlos and Ruben Gonzalez.

Memorial Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home on Sunday, August 4 from 2 - 3 PM, with a funeral home service taking place at 3 PM.
