James E. Pagliaro

February 26, 1968 ~ August 27, 2025

James Pagliaro, a devoted father, loving son, and cherished brother, passed away at the age of  57.  Born on February 26, 1968, to Celeste and Vincent Pagliaro, James was a man of quiet strength, deep loyalty, and unwavering love for his family.

James was predeceased by his father, Vincent, in 1988. He is survived by his beloved sons, James and Luigi, who were the light and joy of his life. He also leaves behind his devoted mother, Celeste; his brother, Vincent; his nephew, Vincent; his niece, Victoria; and many close family friends who will miss him dearly.

Above all, James found his greatest happiness in the time he spent with his sons. Whether sharing a quiet conversation, cheering them on in life's pursuits, or simply enjoying their presence, his love for them was constant and profound.

James was also a passionate golfer and bowler, finding both challenge and community in the sports he loved. He enjoyed the peaceful focus of puzzles and the simple wonder of birdwatching, which spoke to his appreciation for life's smaller, quieter moments.

James will be remembered for his kind heart, his dedication to those he loved, and the gentle presence he brought into every room. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and enduring family bonds.

He will be deeply missed, and lovingly remembered.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 20th from 12:00pm-1:30pm at Brooks Funeral Home located at 481 Gidney Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550.

A service will follow at 1:30pm
