Jane E. Belsito

August 26, 1935 ~ February 20, 2024

Jane E. Belsito, 88, of Newburgh, NY passed away on Tuesday, February 20 at St. Luke's hospital with her children by her side.

She was born on August 26, 1935 in Newburgh, daughter of the late Edward J. Masloski and Lottie M. Plasczinski.  She was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy, class of 1953.

Jane was predeceased by her loving husband, Paul D. Belsito. She is survived by her three sons, David Belsito of North Carolina, Joseph Belsito and his wife Marie of Cornwall and Paul Belsito and his wife Lynn of Newburgh.  She was predeceased by her daughter Helen Belsito Headlee and survived by her two daughters Kathy Belsito Ronsini (Rich) of Newburgh and Barbara Belsito Smith (Joe) of Oregon; 15 grandchildren: Rick Palmer of Florida, Michael Belsito of North Carolina,  Derick Belsito of Newburgh, Joe Belsito of New Jersey, Nick Belsito of North Carolina, Hailey Belsito of Arizona, Michelle Belsito of Wallkill, Ashley Ramos of Montgomery, Lindsey Palmer of Newburgh, Laura Foster of New Paltz, Amber Smith Bartell of Oregon, Breanna Smith of Oregon, Joe Belsito of North Carolina, David Belsito of North Carolina and Zane Belsito of North Carolina and great-grandchildren: Jayden Ramos, Jenna Ramos, Lily Barger, Valerie Belsito, Berklie Burrows, Aryanna Rosa, Ethan Rosa, Ramona Foster, Riley Bartell, Andre Bartell and Kayia Bartell, Quentin Belsito, Lexi Belsito, Saylor Belsito, Asher Belsito,  Noah Belsito, Jordan Belsito, Aiden Belsito and Aria Belsito.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 26 at 11:00 AM, in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 145 Benkard Avenue, Newburgh, NY.
