Jennifer Marie Marsh

February 16, 1985 ~ March 13, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jennifer Marie Marsh, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 13th, 2025 at the age of 40.

Jennifer was born on February 16th, 1985, at Vassar Brothers Hospital to parents John and Marie-Antionette Marsh. She would go on to become the eldest sibling to Jesse, Josh, and Justine. Raised in Marlboro, NY, Jennifer attended school there and was actively involved in various activities, including dance, soccer, and being an enthusiastic member of FCCLA. A hard worker from a young age, she began working at the age of 16. Jennifer was known for her independence and boundless creativity.

Jennifer spent a few years enjoying the sunshine in Orlando, FL, where she adopted her first dachshund, Star, and soon after, added another, Bella. In 2010, she returned to New York to be closer to her family, and there, her beloved fur family continued to grow. Years later, Jennifer worked at Burch Bottle & Packaging, where she received unwavering support during her ongoing health challenges.

Jennifer is survived by her parents, John and Marie-Antionette Marsh (Cina); and was a dedicated sibling to Jesse Marsh and his wife Samantha, Josh Marsh, and Justine Atty and her husband Gregory. Jennifer was predeceased by all grandparents, Warren and Joan Marsh, Joseph and Marie-Rose Cina.

As an adored aunt, Jennifer shared a special connection with her nieces Delaney Atty and Isabella Marsh, as well as her nephews Robert Marsh and Marshall Atty. Whether through playful laughter or snuggling with stuffies, Aunt Foo Foo holds a special place in their hearts.

In addition to her immediate family, Jennifer is remembered fondly by a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends, all who will deeply miss her presence and fun-loving spirit.

A service to celebrate Jennifer's life will be held on March 22nd from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Brooks Funeral Home (481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY), with family and friends gathering to honor a life well lived and deeply cherished. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Breakthrough T1D (formerly The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) in Jennifer's memory.
