John E. Steinard, Jr.

John E. Steinard, Jr. "Jack" of Wallkill, NY passed away on September 30, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh.

Jack was born in Newburgh on June 28, 1955 to John E. Steinard, Sr. and Audrey J. Foster. On June 20, 2014 he married Barbara Smith. He was employed for many years at Steinard's Power Washing, was an ordained Episcopalian pastor, a college graduate, served in the Army, and enjoyed motorcycles, baseball, and Nascar.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Steinard; mother, Audrey Steinard; brother, Glenn Steinard and wife Michelle; sister, Tia Buratti and husband Joseph; sister, Jill Emigh and husband Dennis; brother, Gary Steinard and wife Meg; sons, Jason Wands Steinard, Nicholas Steinard, Eric Steinard Buratti, and John E. Steinard, III; one grandson; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, John E. Steinard, Sr.
