Kenneth A. Garzione

January 27, 1952 ~ April 16, 2024

Kenneth A. Garzione of New Windsor, NY passed away at home on April 16, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 27, 1952 in Newburgh to Jean Marie and Nicholas Antonio Garzione.

Ken worked for several years at the Town of New Windsor Water Department. On April 16, 1988 he married Cheryl Jones. Ken enjoyed watching golf, tennis, and football. But most of all, his beloved NY Yankees. Win or lose, they were his team!

Ken is survived by his wife, Cheryl; sons, Kenneth Garzione (Denise Bambinelli) of Newburgh and Lawrence Jones (Jacqueline Mann) of New Windsor; grandsons, Jackson Lange of Myrtle Beach and Grayson Jones of New Windsor; his siblings, Nicholas Garzione (Jan), Gina Garzione, and Joseph Garzione all of New Windsor, and Donna Pizza of Newburgh; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff of SLCH, and a special thank you to Dr. Shawn Brito and Dr. Chris Rajkumar for their professional and loving care. Also a special thank you to Dr. Fauzia Paracha, who dealt with a very difficult situation in the most loving way. We would also like to thank United Hospice for the help that was needed to get through the tough times, in a very special way.

A celebration of life will be held at Ginny's Sports Bar & Grill, located at 2576 Rt. 9W in Cornwall at 12 PM on Saturday, May 11.
