Linda Carmella Bivona

August 20, 1948 ~ April 5, 2025

Linda Carmella Bivona, beloved daughter of Dina and Frank A. DiDonato, was born on August 20, 1948, and passed away on April 5, 2025. Linda was an avid skier and a passionate gardener who found joy in the beauty of nature. She dedicated her life to the happiness of her family & friends. She was an outstanding host, mother, wife, and friend.

Linda's unconditional love for her family was evident in everything she did. She was immensely proud of her Italian American heritage and cherished her Newburgh roots. A graduate of NFA, Linda was born at Saint Luke's Hospital. Her culinary skills were unmatched, and she was known as an outstanding cook.

In 1989, Linda, along with her husband, mother, and father, started Bivona's Simply Pasta, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and love for family traditions. Linda's legacy of love, dedication, and passion will be remembered by all who knew her. She leaves behind a family who adored her and countless friends who will miss her dearly.

Linda often said, "I love you as deep as the ocean, and as high as the sky," a phrase that will never be forgotten.

A celebration of life will take place at Brooks Funeral Home on Sunday, April 20 from 2 - 4 PM with a prayer service at 3:30.
