Linda L. Fahrbach, 76, of Newburgh passed away on December 6, 2023. She was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on February 16, 1947 to the late Eugene and Leota (Seims) Ecker. Linda married Daniel Fahrbach on June 18, 1966.
She worked at American Can Company in New York City and at Meadow Hill Reformed Church in the Town of Newburgh. She taught piano to many young people and adults for 25 years.
Linda is survived by her husband, Dan, of 78 years; her daughter, Kelly (John) Jones of Town of Newburgh; her son, Christopher (Sarah) Fahrbach of Cornwall; her grandchildren, Dillon Gallihugh, Jordan Gallihugh, Cassidy Jones, Savanah Fahrbach, Cash Fahrbach, and Kai Fahrbach. She is also survived by her brother, Michael (Carole) Ecker of Black Earth, WI; and her sister Cynthia (Gary) Pregno of Highland; plus many nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased in death by her parents of Clearwater, FL.
Linda suffered for many years from multiple sclerosis. We rejoice that she is now in a better place where she is once again healthy and free from pain.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Brooks Funeral Home on Sunday, December 10 from 2 – 5 PM, with Reverend Hawkins officiating.
