Lorraine T. Iorio, a beacon of love and strength, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2024 at the age of 71.
Lorraine was more than a devoted mother; she was a steadfast friend and an unwavering source of inspiration for all who knew her. Lorraine's life was a testament to selfless devotion, and her love for her family was immeasurable.
Born on May 20th, 1953 in New York City, Lorraine was one of six children. She found her greatest joy in nurturing and caring for others, especially her own children, Paul and Michelle, her daughter-in-law, Tiffani Iorio, and her grandchildren, Aydan and Mikayla. Her home was always open, filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting aroma of home-cooked meals.
Lorraine is survived by her beloved family, including her sister, Linda Ottimo of Nevada. She will be deeply missed by her countless friends and extended family members.
Lorraine retired as the Assistant Vice President of TD Bank in Washingtonville, where she served as Manager for many years. She loved visiting New York City to see shows and enjoyed life's simple pleasures, such as dining out and taking long walks.
She passed away surrounded by her immediate family after a long battle with cancer, and will forever be remembered for the strength and perseverance she showed throughout her journey with illness. Her kind heart, her infectious laugh, and the enduring love she shared with all who knew her will be her legacy and she will be forever missed.
