Louise "Lorraine" Mullen

June 26, 1938 ~ September 10, 2024

Lorraine Mullen, 86 years old, of New Windsor, entered into eternal rest on September 10, 2024, with her daughters by her bedside. Lorraine was born on June 26, 1938, in Brooklyn, NY to Albert and Loretta Rotondo. Lorraine loved trips to Atlantic City, playing bingo, watching the Yankees, crocheting and Elvis.

Lorraine was a homemaker most of her life. She also worked at the Our Lady of Angels rectory in Brooklyn, NY. She was currently a member of the New Windsor Senior Center.

Lorraine is predeceased by her husband of 19 years, James Brown, and her husband of 8 years, Eugene Mullen. She is also predeceased by her brothers Ronald and Albert.

Lorraine was a loving mother to Sharon Dougherty and Loretta Guild. She is survived by 6 grandchildren, her sons-in-laws; Thomas and Steven, her brothers Louie and Tommy and her sister Carol.

Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home Thursday, September 12th, from 4 – 7 PM. A graveside service will be held Friday, September 13th, at 11 AM at Resurrection Cemetery in Staten Island, NY.
