Marco Antonio Goycochea Carranza, age 43, passed away on December 10, 2025. He was a resident of Newburgh, New York.

Marco was born on November 9, 1982, in Lima Peru. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend whose presence left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. Marco was known for his strong work ethic, generous heart, and the deep love he carried for his family especially his daughter, Yamariz, who was the light of his life.

Marco worked as a dedicated cook and was passionate about his craft. He took pride in his work and was respected by coworkers and friends for his reliability, skill, and kindness. Outside of work, Marco had a deep love for cars, enjoying both collecting and working on them. It was something more than a hobby, for it brought him joy, and many knew him as someone they could always rely on when something needed to be repaired. He valued time with loved ones, helping others, and living with quiet strength and humility.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Yamariz; his family in Peru; and many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16, at Brooks Funeral Home in Newburgh, New York from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The family would like to thank everyone who has shown love, support, and compassion during this incredibly difficult time.

His love will live on through his daughter and all who knew him.
