Mia Isabella Cramer was a truly amazing little girl who fought so hard in her one week of life. She had such a spunky, outgoing personality that just lit our hearts up. Her beautiful little face put so many smiles on peoples faces in just one week. She gave and received a lifetime of love in her short time. Fly with the Angels baby girl and have fun with your big brother. Mommy and Daddy will forever love you with all our hearts! Mia is survived by her parents, Stephen Patrick Jr. and Caren Ann Cramer; grandparents, Stephen and Brenda Cramer and Caren DiDonato; great-grandparents, Billy and Janice Britton; great-grandmother, Altha Britton; aunts and uncles, Stephanie Cramer, Tasha and Jay Meade, Nicholas and Stacey Cramer, Robin Meade, Harry Meade, and her namesake, Mary Isabella Taylor; cousins, Joshua Meade, Courtney Beaulieu, and Nicholas and Craig Cramer; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Stephen Patrick Cramer III, grandfather, Robert Meade, great-grandparents, Lawrence and Corinne Embler and Stephen and Florence Cramer; and great-great-grandparents, Linton Britton, and Wallace and Iris Taylor. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 18 in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery, Gardiner, NY. The funeral procession will leave Brooks Funeral Home at 10:30 am on Saturday, allowing for time to gather at the cemetery before the service.
