Mia Lynn Granieri entered into rest peacefully in her sleep at her family home in Newburgh on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The daughter of Nicole Lombardi and Mark Granieri, she was born on June 12, 2020 in Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie.

Mia was a beautiful, happy child who was always giving hugs and kisses. Mia, Lucas and Olivia were the 3 Musketeers, with only 23 months between the three. They were always together, thinking of their next prank. She loved being outside and on the swings. She loved Cocomelon, always watching while in our arms. A million hugs and kisses a day was never enough. She truly was a happy, beautiful free spirit. Now she can fly free until we meet again.

Mia is survived by her parents, Nicole and Mark; her siblings: Anthony (15), Hailey (11), Lucas (5), and Olivia (4); and her grandparents: Lucia and Mark Granieri and Lori and Paul Lombardi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 23, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., with a service following at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, 801 US-9, Fishkill, NY.
