Nancy Margaret Fehling Glover, of Newburgh, a school nurse with Newburgh City School District and a life-time area resident, entered into rest on July 15, 2014 at Kingsway Arms Nursing Center in Schenectady, NY. She was 77 years old. The daughter of the late Maynard and Katharine (Cross) Fehling, she was born August 19, 1936 in Schenectady, NY. She married Stanley R. Glover on June 6, 1959 in Schenectady. Nancy was a devoted and loving wife, mother and friend, who enjoyed traveling, reading, knitting, and spending time with friends and family. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau international honor society of nursing and Newburgh Teachers Association. She earned her B.S. and R.N. degrees from Hartwick College and her school nurse certification from Marist College. We lost a beautiful person, a wife, a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a good friend. She was kind hearted, thoughtful, and caring. She was a great teacher and most of all, a very loving mother. Her memory and her spirit will always be in our hearts. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Stanley R. Glover at home; her children: Cheryl Buff (Dr. Christopher Buff) of Ballston Lake, NY, Deborah Park (Richard Park) of Colorado Springs, CO, and Katherine DeMacedo (Chris DeMacedo) of St. George, UT; her sister, Suzanne Natale of Fort Myers, Fl; her grandchildren: Sarah, Rachel, and Daniel Buff; Amy and Courtney Park; and Andrea, Melissa, and Samantha DeMacedo. Sisters-in-law Lorraine (Ed) Bennett and Muriel Prchlik. Predeceased by brothers-in-law John Natale and Arnold Glover and sister-in-law Lois Glover. The family gratefully acknowledges the compassionate care provided to Nancy by the staff of Kingsway Arms Nursing Center (C-wing) and Kingsway Memory Care. A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, July 26 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY.
