Patricia was born in Newburgh to Luke and Loretta Grace on July 27, 1950. She had four siblings: Elizabeth, Kathy, Eileen, and William.

Patricia is survived by her loving partner in life, Joseph A. DiSalvo; her daughter, Renee; and grand children, Autumn and Micah.
Services will be private.
