Patricia Ann Kirchner, a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend was granted her angel wings on December 23, 2014. She was 81 years old. Patricia was born on July 25, 1933 in the Bronx, NY. She is the daughter of the late Walter A. Seaman and Florence E. Crosby. She was a Registered Nurse for more than 45 years, working in local hospitals before becoming a traveling nurse. After seeing a large amount of the United States she settled in the state of Florida, where she worked for Hospice of Florida before her retirement in 2000. She returned to New York in 2001 to be closer to her family and friends. Her interests include traveling, stone sculpting, fishing, fencing and photography (always the one behind the camera). Her love of the arts had her working as a guide at a Florida museum. She was especially proud of her family and opened her heart to anyone who knew her. She will live on forever in the hearts of those she left behind. She is survived by her three children: Christine Kirchner of Hyde Park, NY, Mark Kirchner and his wife, Claira of Poughkeepsie and Gretchen Kirchner of Newburgh, NY; She has five grandchildren: Jennifer, Michael, Jessica, Bryan and Patrick; and a very special niece and two nephews she loved very much: Scott, Dawn and Brett.
