Patricia M. Cunningham Thelwell of Waterbury CT. entered into eternal rest on July 24, 2023.
Patricia was born in Kingston Jamaica on September 15, 1955 to the late Undene Archer and Alfred Cunningham. She migrated to the United States in August of 1970 to reunite with her late beloved aunt Delphenia Nelson. This aunt was was her "mother" in the USA. Patricia graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1974. And then went onto the Bronx Community College. After graduation, Patricia went to work at the United Hebrew Geriatric Center in New Rochelle from 1979-2013. She was a people person. She helped her fellow co workers as an in house union delegate of 1199 SEIU. Later on she became an administrative organizer and worked in this capacity until her retirement.

Her memories will be cherished by her beautiful family. Daughter Marsha White-Tillman and husband Rodney S. Tillman of New Windsor NY, son Marvin Dushing of Palm Coast Fl, grandchildren Rodney S. Tillman Jr and Corey Jay Tillman, sister Myrtle Dushing, brother in law Paul Dushing of Jamaica, brothers Carlton English of Worcester Massachusetts, Trevor Cunningham of Jamaica and Marlon Miller of Palm Coast FL. There remains a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins and friends mourning.
