Paul H. Ledoux

March 20, 1964 ~ June 4, 2024

Newburgh, NY

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Paul H. Ledoux on June 4, 2024.

Paul loved family and was undoubtedly met in Heaven with open arms by his Parents Larry and Cecile Ledoux; his sisters, Lynn and Nicole; his brother, Larry; and many others that had gone before him.

He leaves behind his son, Griffin Ledoux, whom he loved dearly and who he lived life for.

He was very proud that his son followed in his footsteps career wise and their shared love of all things outdoors.

He also leaves behind two sisters, Faythe Boozer of Elizabethtown PA and Edna Jamieson-Wood of Smith Mtn Lake VA; several nieces and nephews; and his long time companion/caretaker/friend and partner Ingrid.

Paul was known for his acts of kindness and helpfulness to others. Always available to help anyone at any time for any reason. If you needed any kind of help Paul was your guy.

Paul loved to work and was a hard worker loved and respected by his coworkers and bosses alike. He put pride in every job he ever had.

In his younger years he worked for many years cooking at The Brewster House 1762 restaurant & catering.   Switching careers to the Heating /AC business.

He worked for Warriner Smith Inc since 2014

He enjoyed many years at the Bethlehem Rod & Gun Club and served as President of the Club during some of those years. He loved camping, fishing and hunting and planning and preparing special meals/events at the Club as well as maintaining the Club's property.

During Griffin's younger years Paul and Griff spent most of their time at the Club, or at the Ice Rinks where Griff played ice hockey.  Not only was Paul a great dad, but he was a great uncle who loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He was a great brother who was always there for his siblings both in good times and hard times and many laughs and good memories were made and many tears were shed together too.

Paul loved going out on the river with his boat and taking friends and family out to fish, water ski and have a good time.

Something he will always be remembered , respected and admired for is the way he took care of his mother in her last year of her life. He was a compassionate, loyal, patient, attentive and caring man.

He will always be remembered for his big heart, his big smile and his generosity!

Even at the end of his own life he was doing for others by being an organ donor.

He will be missed but always in our hearts.

Services will be private.
