Rebecca "Becky" Pacella of Walden passed away peacefully on July 13, 2023.
She was born on September 4, 1973 at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh to loving parents Vincent LoGiudice and Carol McCaw.
Becky was a stay at home mother. She loved her 3 children more than anything in the world, this is what made her fight so hard. Seven and a half years ago Becky found out she had cancer. She was originally told that she would have three and a half years to live. If you know her she wasn't having any of that. She fought so hard, so many surgeries, chemo and radiation. But she still pulled through it all. She would put a smile on and say she was okay, but we all knew she was hurting. This disease took her from our family but not without a great fight.
Becky is survived by her loving husband, Eric J. Pacella who she married on August 2, 1998. Her three children, Seth Pacella and wife Amanda, Alexis Pacella and Nick, and Peyton Pacella AKA "Punkie". Her father Vincent LoGiudice. Her siblings Jason, Vinny, Crystal, Melissa, Richie and Justin. Her grandchildren Seth, Gianna, Lilianna and Baby Erica who is on the way.
Becky is predeceased by her mother Carol McCaw, Justine McCaw "Ma", Joe McCaw "Pop-pop", and Bob McCaw.
Services for Becky will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society and The ASPCA because Becky loved animals.
