Robert Beau Rivera

Robert Beau Rivera passed away on February 12, 2024 at Westchester Medical Center. He was 26 years old.

Robert was born in Bronx, NY on December 21, 1997 to Solanyi Garcia and Roberto Rivera. He attended Newburgh Free Academy, and earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Suny Orange College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Networking from Mount Saint Mary College. He enjoyed computers, video games, and reading.

Robert is survived by his parents, Solanyi Garcia and Roberto Rivera; stepfather, Anthony Graziano; sisters Solirys and Amarys Rivera; brother, Thomas Rivera; cousin-brother, Eurys Mejia; cousins: Eury, Jordano, Nathalie, Deborath, Elizaneth, Ramfi, Eva, Benjamin, Nashla, Melany, Lenny, Eddy, Saul, Jose, Abigail, Magdiel, Maria, Mercedes, Samuelito, Brianna, Winert, Diego, Zolanch, Aliah, Ocean, Sandy, Julio, Kraig, Kevin, Keith, Brandon, Amy, and Andy; uncles and tios: Cesar, Franklin, Feliberto, Edwin, Luisito, Angel, Jochy, and Horacio; aunties and tias: Glennys, Anna, Dayanara, Martha, Dawn, and Maria; Grandparents: Cana (great-grandmother), Luis Garcia (Abuelo), Vivian (Abuela), Andrea (Abuela), Mama Frank (Abuela), Maria (Abuela), and Horacio (Abuelo); other close relatives: Brother Duane, Joshua, Deacon Jun Lee, Steward, Brother Moss; and pets, Tinkie and Bella.

On behalf of Robert and our family, I thank everyone for their love and support during this devastating time.

Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home on Sunday, February 18 from 1 - 4 PM.

We would like all to join us in honoring Robert at his favorite place to eat, Flaming Grill and Buffet, following the service at 5pm. The address is 1399 route 300, Newburgh N.Y.
