Rosa was predeceased by her father Jose Delfin.
Rosa was a loving mother, caring daughter, an awesome sister and grandmother. Rosa looked forward to the big family reunions in Puerto Rico, her mother's cooking, dancing Salsa, admiring the incredible sunsets and hearing the majestic sounds of the "coqui" at the family's country house.Rosa had a keen sense of style and was the family "interior decorator". Her friends adored her, admiring her peaceful soul and beautiful smile. She was someone you could trust, a non-judgemental being that loved unconditionally. Those who knew her were certainly blessed. Rosa will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for all the kind words and messages received during this difficult time. To Nick (Sasha's partner), her friend Jackie and cousin Mayra... we will forever be in debt.
In lieu of flowers, it was Rosa's wish that any memorial contributions be made in the form of a charitable donation to Bishop Dunn Memorial Middle School Scholarship Fund. If you would like to donate please contact her daughter Sasha Rodriguez at (845) 245-1227.
