Scott C. Miller, 61, of New Windsor, NY entered into rest on March 15, 2024.

Scott was born to Robert and Barbara Miller on May 29, 1962 in Newburgh, NY. He grew up in Colden Park and graduated from Valley Central High School in 1980. Scott retired from Do It Best in Montgomery, NY.

Scott enjoyed gardening and caring for others, including his pets, and was kind to everyone he met. He also loved to be at the beach, with the sun on his face and his toes in the sand. Scott enjoyed many trips to Florida and the Jersey Shore with family and friends.

Scott is survived by his beloved long time partner, Alan Ellingsen; his parents, Robert E. and Barbara D. Miller; his brother, Gregg Miller and his wife Karen; nephew, Matthew Miller and family; niece, Ashley Stark and family; sister, Jennifer Miller Novak; nephews, Michael and Robert Novak; uncle, Kenneth J. Miller and family; several cousins; and his cherished dogs, Cody and Bella.

Memorial and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
