Tammy Lee Bell, 57, of Newburgh, a Pharmacy Technician and a life-long area resident entered into rest on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY after a sudden illness. The daughter of John Pisano and the late Christina (Palmer) Turner, Tammy was born on Sunday, December 17, 1961 in Newburgh.Tammy earned her High School Diploma and continued her education to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Tammy married her beloved Ronald A. Bell, Jr., who survives at home, and their children, Giovanni Bell, Amber Bell, Christina Alcerro and Ronald Bell III all of Newburgh; daughter-in-law, Trish Bell and son-in-law, Maycol Alcerro, of Newburgh as well; grandchildren, Kylee Chappie or Huntsville, AL, Jackson Bell of Newburgh, NY, Caleb Alcerro of Newburgh and Joshua Chappie of Huntsville, AL; her siblings, Philip Pisano of Aurora, CO, Maria Santana of Charlotte, NC and Dorothy Elliot of New Windsor; sister-in-laws, Nora Pisano of New Windsor and Rose Bell of Newburgh; brother-in-laws, James Bell and Michael Bell; nieces and nephews, Irene Lewis, Deidra Lewis, Anna Crudele, Shawn Palmer, Nicole Pisano, Holly Rose, Michael Bell, James Bell and Anna Bell and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Tammy was predeceased by her Mom, Christina Turner. Memorial Visitation will be held from 2 to 6pm on Saturday, June 22, at Plattekill Fire House, 50 Old Firehouse Road, Plattekill.
