Toni E. Johnson, 79, of the town of Newburgh, NY passed away Thursday November 21, 2024 in her home in the town Newburgh.

Toni was born February 19, 1945 in the state of Washington.   In her life's journey she called many places home: Eatontown, NJ; Metuchen, NJ;  Miami Lakes, FL; Menlo Park, CA; Anaheim Hills, CA; Dunedin, FL and Newburgh, NY.

Toni's adventurous spirit was perfect match for her career at Eastern Airlines where she worked until the airline shuttered its doors.

Keeping her passion to teach and help others going, she continued her work in field of organizational development.

Toni loved to travel and soak in the cultures she visited around the globe. Toni was also a phenomenal cook and photographer, capturing life moments for us to always remember.

Toni's magnetic smile, uplifting laugh and caring soul will be deeply missed by her family and friends.  Toni was predeceased by her husband Lowell Johnson.  Toni is survived by her daughter, Stacy Packer, son in law, Jason Packer and her grandson Jackson Packer.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time at the convenience of the family.

Donations can be made in Toni's name to the Crystal Cove State Park in California, one of Toni's cherished places and where she volunteered as a docent to share the beauty and preservation of the park.
