Venzie Buyl

Venzie "Vani" Buyl passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at her home in Newburgh, NY. She was 97 years old. Venzie was born September 17, 1926 in Marlborough, NY, and was the daughter of the late Philip and Gaetana Noto. She was predeceased by her husband,  Howard M. Bullis, as well as Frank Buyl.

Venzie leaves behind her son, Robert Bullis, whom she adored and loved immensely; her granddaughter Tiffany (Larry) Stewart; great grandchildren Kyle and Peyton; brothers Joseph (Sandi) Noto and Phil (Janet) Noto; and many nieces, nephews and grand nephews .

Venzie had a heart of gold and enjoyed the simple things in life. After retiring from the banking industry Venzie enjoyed gardening, flowering and beautifying her home. She will be deeply missed by many and remembered always in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh from. 2pm-5pm. A service will take place Friday January 19, 2024 at 10am at the funeral home, with burial following in Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor.
