Victor M. Perez

With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Victor M. Perez on June 13, 2025, at the age of 82. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, to Victor Perez and Elisa Serrano. Victor's life was a testament to kindness, dedication, and laughter.

Victor was a devoted husband to Maria (Marily), his beloved wife of 43 years, and a proud father to Victor and Eric.

Victor dedicated 45 years to his career as a Technical Instructor at Chrysler Corporation and as an instructor at Rockland Community College, where he inspired countless students to pursue careers in the automotive industry. His passion for teaching and his ability to connect with people left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Beyond his professional life, Victor was known for his sharp sense of humor, love of good food, and extraordinary ability to fix just about anything. Whether he was telling a joke, sharing a meal, or lending a helping hand, Victor always did so with grace, precision, and a warm smile. His stories, wisdom, and hugs will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Victor is survived by his loving wife, Maria (Marily); his sons, Victor, and Eric; his brother, Antonio Perez, and sister-in-law Maria Perez; and his nephews, Scott and Brian Perez.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Victor's remarkable life:

A visitation will be held on Sunday June 22nd from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Brooks Funeral Home located at 481 Gidney Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550.

A funeral service will be held at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:00am on Monday June 23rd.

A burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery located at 93 Union Ave, New Windsor, NY 12553

Victor's legacy of love, laughter, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
