Victoria Jean "Vickie" Vesely, 54, of Maybrook, New York, passed away peacefully at home on November 15, 2025, after a long illness.

Born on February 11, 1971, in Newburgh, New York, Victoria was the daughter of Barbara A. Cleeves and Frederick S. Vesely Jr. She spent her life in the Hudson Valley region and built a career as a retail manager at Woodbury Commons. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she earned her real estate license and completed some college coursework.

Vickie had a vibrant spirit and a deep love for her family, friends, and beloved pets. Known for her radiant smile and warm presence, she brought joy to those around her. Her passions included yoga, shopping, cooking and baking, crafts, make-up, and traveling. Always eager for new experiences, she embraced life with enthusiasm and creativity.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Anna B. Cleeves and Ethelbert J. Cleeves; paternal grandparents Frederick S. Vesely Sr. and Jeanne M. Vesely; uncle David Cleeves; aunt Toni Lastowski; and her cherished fur baby Marcus B.

Victoria is survived by her devoted mother and caregiver Barbara Fayo; father Frederick "Rick" Vesely and his wife Roberta Vesely; brothers Thomas Vesely (wife Denise) and son Josh Jones, Jeffrey Vesely and his sons Daniel and Andy; sister Sheryl Joubert (husband Mike); siblings Thomas Miller (wife Kristi), Robin Bush (husband Junior), Frank Miller (wife Heather); aunts Mary O'Connell, Susan Schatz, Terry Marcus (husband Carroll); uncle Mike Vesely (wife Coleen); cousins Paulie Schatz; Lisa Prokosch and her children Christian and Toni; Brian O'Connell (wife Kate); Meagan O'Connell (husband Andrew Knapp); Andrew Marcus (wife Kenna) and their daughter Molly; Aaron Marcus; Mike Vesely (wife Ruth); Matt Vesely (wife Lisa); Emily Vesely; Melissa Monty; Stuart Monty; and Peter Lastowski; niece and nephews Ivan Joubert, Kayla Joubert, Luke Miller, Lauren Miller, Joshua Bush, Gabrielle Bush, Cash Miller; along with many more loving cousins, friends and family.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the many family and friends who offered support throughout Vickie's illness. Special thanks are given to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan County for their compassionate care.

In honor of Victoria's memory, donations may be made to an animal shelter of your choice or to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan County.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
