Mary D. Zamenick, 49, of Newburgh, NY, entered into rest on March 20, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.Mary was born on November 10, 1972 to Mary Ann Leoce Mitchell and raisedby Walter A Mitchell Jr in Newburgh, NY. Mary dedicated her life to helping others and spent the last 8 years working for Access Supports for living at a medically frail house in Pine Bush, NY. She thoroughly enjoyed working with her close friendswho she deemed family, Pauline Salmon, Jennifer Lewis, Darnel Guerrier, Gary Ciuffetelli and the remainder of her Pine Bush team.In addition to her parents Mary is survived by her daughters, Hope Mitchell and Nikki Santiago; her two granddaughters, Mya and Skylar Whitted and their father Mike Whitted, and Lexi; her siblings,Kim Scalzo (Tom), Pauline Shipman (Donnie), Nick Zamenick and Aimee Coyle (Jeremy, Bradly, Jaymeson, Aria), her two brothers from another mother, Mario Rubino and Ken Leeper; nieces and nephews, Meagan Feuerbach (Ryan, Greyson) Kyle Thomas (Jazmine, Alana, Cayde) Donald Shipman III, Anthony Shipman, Mathew Shipman, Zachary Shipman; her loving cats ChiChi and Bean, and her dog Lola.She was predeceased by her grandparents Nick and Florence (Babe) Leoce, and her great grandmother, Mary B. Leoce.Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home in Newburgh, NY on Saturday March26, 2022 from 2pm-5pm.
